7 Award-Winning Solutions from Salesforce Labs

Get ready, Trailblazers, It’s time to celebrate our FY22 Beaker Award Winners! Every year, the team celebrates some of the best, brightest, free, and employee-built solutions released on AppExchange. With more than 400+ solutions available on the world’s #1 Cloud-based marketplace, it was difficult to choose the winners! This year, we identified seven solutions that really made an impact on both customers and the Salesforce platform. Take a look and learn more about this year’s award-winning apps!

Most Installs for a New Solution

This year’s award for Most Installs goes to List Editor. This component was our most installed solution for a new app, and is still getting traction! This component allows users to create and update their records from anywhere in Salesforce and even allows users to edit records in bulk. Since its release in July, users have been utilizing List Editor to streamline data entry processes, increase agent productivity, and more.

New Innovation

Our second category provides recognition to solutions that utilize Salesforce technology in ways we never thought possible. Pardot Forms Everywhere blew us away with the ability to drop Pardot forms anywhere in the Lightning platform. Up until now, Pardot forms were restricted to the Pardot app only, but with this new component, you can stick them anywhere! With this solution, you can bring your Pardot forms to Experience Cloud, Gmail, Outlook, and any lightning record page, enabling you to generate new leads from anywhere! After you’ve built your form, you can deploy it to any Lightning record page or your Lightning emails, and expand your reach to potential customers. We’ve never had Pardot exclusive apps until last year, so be sure to check them all out on our Pardot collection page.

Salesforce Employee Spirit

This special award is given out to a solution that embodies the employee spirit of giving back. This year, we’re thrilled to present this heartfelt award to none other than Impact Labs: Service Match. This nonprofit solution enables organizations to connect clients with life-saving services through the Lightning platform, all from data already present in their environment. Now, nonprofits can streamline how they find, make, and follow up on human services with data already present in their system. Organizations can view client history, review potential service providers, send referrals and reminders to clients, and track outcomes in one unified system.

Customer Appreciation

We love reading reviews on AppExchange! By leaving a review, you can share feedback with the Trailblazer community and recommend some of your favorite apps. The customer appreciation category is designed to give recognition to the solutions that had the most impact on customers and shine the spotlight on apps that customers recommend. While many of our solutions this year have their fair share of happy customers, there was one app that shone the brightest among a sea of stars. Time Warp has been a customer fave since its release in late 2020, and it’s still receiving rave reviews. With this component, you can view all your related records in a fully interactive and customizable timeline. The best way of understanding touchpoints with contacts
“We’ve been looking for this for years, to get a view of how a client is engaging with us over time e.g. have their participation in campaigns tailed off, are we doing and Helpline jobs for them, when did they pay their membership fee, etc. We like being able to see clients who might have got forgotten. It is a really good way of “seeing” all the touchpoints. We put it on the Volunteer page too so we can see all activities where a volunteer has done the work. Love it!”

The best thing since sliced bread!
“This is one of the best apps to extend Salesforce’s functionality to show records on a timeline. This app has given our sales team the ability to see all of the interactions we have with customers over time. This is also great to help show the cases and incidents we have with assets over time to look at repetitive problems that customers’ machines are having.”

Labs Maintainers and Enhancers

Finally, it’s time to announce our winners from the Labs Maintainers and Enhancers Category! Quality is a crucial element of the Salesforce Labs program, and our builders work tirelessly to provide a stellar user experience for everyone.
